GlasPro partner, Rowe Fenestration, worked with designers at RMW Architecture to select interior glass for the new Prologis International Park of Commerce in Tracy, Calif.   GlasPro was called upon to fabricate our laminated colored glass “Mink” for the extensive stair railing system.

“The project is a new building for Prologis within the industrial park. We designed the leasing office, lobby and amenities for them. The stair leads directly to the entry of the amenities and broker entertainment space where you can view the leasable industrial buildings from the balcony. The design of the space is focused on showcasing the surrounding area with the views of the leasable spaces, as well as the hills in the distance. The stair was designed to showcase the shear wall of the building instead of trying to cover it up. The sleekness of the black glass contrasts the raw unfinished wall. We chose the dark color to tie into the black railings, black wood paneling, and the black back painted glass of the elevators.
