The Chinatown-Rose Pak Station provides an efficient, centrally located rapid-transit connection, vastly improving public transit in San Francisco’s vibrant Chinatown community. Opened in January 2023, the station delivers passengers into the heart of this bustling commercial and retail center, a must-see destination for millions of tourists and the historic hub of the city’s large and dynamic Asian community.

GlasPro was selected to fabricate large glass panels for the interior and exterior walls and elevators inside Chinatown Rose Pak station.  The immense glass walls bathe the station’s entrance in natural light and pull light down to the subway level.   “The deepest of the new stations at 100 feet below the surface, the project created a challenge of instilling life and light into the space,” quote from DLR Group.
