The Airforce Memorial glass contemplation wall in Washington D.C. was designed by legendary architect James Ingo Freed of the Internationally renowned architectural firm Pei Cobb & Freed based in New York City. The glass contemplation wall, a free-standing glass panel with the images of four F-16s flying in a Missing man formation carved on both sides of the 5-ply, 2-1/2″ thick glass panel This panel is enormous at 156″ high by 108″ wide and weighed in at 4,000 lbs.
